FAQ

Below should answer all your questions but if not, feel free to get in touch and ask away!

Do you have a set day rate?

Quick answer, no. We base our day rates on the specific situations our clients ask us to help with. Things like the number of days, the level of the attendees or the complexity of the content will all have a bearing on the day rate. Let's put it this way - we're sure we can work something out.

Do you provide all the materials for the training?

We will provide all the content for the day including slide content, handout content and other training materials relevant to the session. We ask clients to print any handouts on site and if the session requires external materials (i.e. MBTI or 7 Habits) they will be ordered by us but paid for by the client.

How much notice do you need to book or cancel?

The longer the better, in both cases. When booking it means we can arrange travel and accommodation at better rates.

In the unlikely event you have to cancel/reschedule a session we do have a cancellation policy that means some or all of the travel and or day rate costs will need to be covered. If you're unsure - ask!

Are you qualified?

We have been delivering training since 2003 and have been accredited in 7 Habits, MBTI, Change Management and The MindGym.  We are also qualified to manage Assessment and Development Centres as well as Predictive Index and LAB Profiling sessions.

Do you run courses for certification?

We are unable at present to run courses to certify other people in the delivery of specific content.  We can liaise with our contacts if that is something you wish for yourself or your employees. We can provide attendance certificates for any training should that be a requirement of your internal CPD.

How long does it take to train someone?

It all depends on what you want them training on and what your objectives for the training are. Certain courses have a set number of days attached to them, for instance 7 Habits runs over 3 days and MBTI usually takes 1 to 2 days to get maximum benefit.

We always advocate you add at least 50% more time to the training you're currently thinking of purely to allow for effective lead in and follow up. These key elements will help embed the training more effectively and save time and money in the long run.
